I will discuss negotiating strategies regarding the offer price, financing terms, interest rates, and possession date. 7. I will obtain answers to any questions you may have that I cannot answer. 8. I will present the offer on your behalf to the seller, the builder, the For Sale By Owner or the seller’s agent. I will negotiate in your best interest at all times. 9. I will help you find end financing that fits your needs. 10. I will work hard to ensure you receive exceptional service from everyone involved with your real estate transaction.
